Transfer to Imlil by minibus via the Moulay Brahim gorges and the village of Asni. A short walk from Imlil takes us to the village of ACHAYN, where we will spend two nights in a Riad. Quality accommodation managed by AZTAT Rachid, a long-time mountain guide and key figure in the Toubkal sector. After a welcome tea and small cakes, we set off to explore the surrounding mountains, in the direction of Aremd, towards Toubkal, with the guide and the mule carrying the picnic. Lunch under the walnut trees. We learn about the Berber mountain people's agricultural traditions. The irrigated terraces rise very high on the valley sides. The upper channel (targa) runs almost parallel to the brown of the mountains and the green of the crops. The villages are built above ground so that no acres of fertile land are lost. In the middle of the afternoon, return to the lodge. It's time to learn how to make Berber bread with the women, which we'll eat for dinner.

Breakfast on the terrace with views of the Toubkal mountains. Then go hiking with the mules for the day. After passing through several villages, a clear path leads to the tizi (local name) n'Mzik pass, which is nearly 2,500 meters high. Beautiful views of the Imlil valley, the Oukamedem valley, and the Tizi Oussem valley. The green valleys contrast sharply with the arid mountains that dominate them. Lunch is eaten at or near the pass. A mule transports the picnic necessities, and the cook ensures that this meal is an unforgettable experience. Climb to the hilltops above the pass for a spectacular view of the two valleys. In the middle of the afternoon, return to the Riad.

After a delicious breakfast on the terrace, set off on an easy ascent of the Col de Tamatert. At the top, a panoramic view of the Imenane valley, which we will explore, and the At Mizane valley, which we have just left; also visible is Toubkal. Descend to Tinghrine, a village surrounded by terraced fields, via a zigzag path. Installation for two nights in a gîte with a stunning mountain view.

We set off to explore the very beautiful valley of Imenane, to the village of Tachedirt, "foot of the high mountain". The kitchen mule transports the midday meal, which we will eat under the shade of the walnut trees.

Beautiful day of quiet descent by mule tracks and a rarely used track, passing through typical villages: Ikiss, Amssakrou, Arg. Lunch by the river, under the walnut trees, not far from Imeskar village. Crossing the Tizin n'bourg (1,500 m), with a stunning view of the various valleys, villages, and the "4000" of the High Atlas. In the village of Imi Oughlad, spend the night in a lodge.

If children want to sleep late, the time of the Berber breakfast will be adjusted to their wake-up time. Exploration of the village and its environs, traditional life, work, tea... Lunch will be served at the lodge. The minibus is waiting at Imi Oughlad for the short journey to Marrakech. Setup in a four-star hotel.
